Israel foils arms smuggling attempt from Jordan

The Israeli military and police foiled a weapon smuggling attempt from Jordan near the Dead Sea on Wednesday.
Soldiers spotted four suspects at the border and forces were deployed to the scene. The suspects were arrested.
The seized contraband included three M-16 rifles as well as three handguns at a total worth of NIS 400,000 ($120,000).
