Police extend operation to arrest suspects in Arab-Jewish violence

Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai announced Thursday the extension of the operation to arrest suspects in the recent violence between Arabs and Jews in mixed communities and other parts of the country.
Police said 348 suspects have been arrested in the operation so far and that 1,938 have been arrested since the recent fighting in Gaza. There have been 175 indictments filed, according to police.
