Norway submits legal opinion on ICC jurisdiction regarding Oslo Accords

Norway has submitted a legal opinion to the International Criminal Court's pre-trial chamber in The Hague, addressing its jurisdiction in light of the Oslo Accords.
Norway, a guarantor of the agreements between Israel and the Palestinians, argues that since the Palestinian Authority joined the Rome Statute, the ICC should exercise jurisdiction in the territory. Norway further asserts that the Oslo Accords cannot be interpreted to limit the court's authority over the situation in Israel.
