Supreme Court - Yemenite immigrant families can jointly petition the state in missing children cases

|
The Supreme Court accepted an appeal by families of missing children that were allegedly taken from Yemenite immigrant families in the early years of the state.
The families appealed a lower court's decision which refused to hear the families as a class action suit and demanded they file their petitions on an individual case.
