A 9-year-old girl was injured by a stray bullet on Friday in Kokhav Ya'akov, an Israeli settlement part of the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council located in the West Bank.
The girl was evacuated to a hospital in a minor to moderate condition, and the IDF’s Home Front Command issued a warning to the settlement’s residents of a possible terrorist infiltration, which was later removed after forces scanned the area and found no indication of a targeted attack.
