Police claimed that contrary to reports from around the country, all roads have been reopened to traffic. "Most protests have been conducted without unusual incidents, with officers allowing brief and localized blockades to enable freedom of protest and expression, and in places where disturbances occurred, they were handled accordingly," the statement said. The police further reported that "at several locations, protesters burned tires on and beside roads. Additionally, several stockpiles of tires were located, which were allegedly intended for burning and blocking main roads. Israel Police will take harsh measures against anyone who violates the law and disrupts public order."
