More than 14 hours after an unusually widespread power outage began in Spain and Portugal, electricity flow in both countries has been almost fully restored. Spain's power company announced that approximately 87% of supply has been restored, while Portuguese authorities reported that power has returned to about 6.2 million homes out of approximately 6.5 million.
