Last ditch efforts to form narrow government include far reaching offers to Liberman

Yisrael Beitenu leader Avigdor Liberman was made far-reaching offers in last-minute efforts to form a Netanyahu-led narrow government, Channel 12 reports.
Liberman was approached by leading members of Likud and others in the right-wing bloc, who offered him the defense ministry as well as the ministry of the interior, which would give him authority over questions of religion and state.
There was even the suggestion that Netanyahu and Liberman will rotate as prime minister in the final year of the government's term.
Liberman told a group of mayors, members of the ruling Likud that he stands by his word and refuses to enter a narrow government.
