The police closed major roads in Haifa to prevent crowds ahead of New Year's Eve.
The police closed the Golani Interchange until Hillel Street, Haganah Boulevard and Abba Hushi Boulevard.
Several streets were also closed: Allenby street, Ben-Gurion street, Hameginim street, as well as the entire German Colony area.
All roads and streets will open at 2 am.
