Israel's coronavirus deaths rose to 272, with confirmed cases also rising to 16,617, the Health Ministry reported Sunday evening.
Out of the current 3,403 patients battling the virus, 55 are in serious condition, with 44 connected to ventilators, 37 are in mild condition and the rest in light condition.
At least 12,942 have recovered from the pathogen.
