State Comptroller responds to Military Defense: 'IDF expected not to evade scrutiny'

|
State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman's office responded to a petition filed by the Military Defense to the High Court of Justice against his investigation of October 7 failures, stating that "those who declared responsibility for one of the most serious failures in state history are expected not to try to evade scrutiny." The office noted that "we can only believe the High Court will reject this absurd and scandalous petition, and will not prevent the State Comptroller's Office from continuing its review of all ranks."
