A burned body of a woman was discovered on Tuesday in the village of al-Ram, located in Palestinian Authority-controlled territory. Police said that initial findings suggest the woman may be an Israeli citizen, based on identification documents.
The body was transferred overnight for forensic examination. If confirmed to be that of an Israeli national, the investigation will be handed over to the Judea and Samaria District’s Central Unit.
Authorities currently suspect a criminal motive.
