Report: Boutros Boutros-Ghali Peace Prize to Be Awarded to Moroccan Jew

Morocco reported that the Boutros Boutros-Ghali Peace Prize will be officially awarded to André Azoulay, a Jew of Moroccan descent who serves as a senior adviser to Morocco's King Mohammed VI. The prize is awarded by the Kamit Boutros-Ghali Foundation, named after Boutros-Ghali, an Egyptian statesman who served as UN Secretary-General from 1992 to 1996.
