IDF spokesperson has announced that a man sicced his dog at IDF trainees during an officers course navigation exercise in the northern village of Yarka, then attempted to assault them himself. In order to defend themselves, they shot at the air and one of them shot the dog, that apparently died.
IDF has said the incident is under review and a complaint has been filed with the police.
