Walid Hatini, an Arab-Israeli citizen in his 20's, was shot and killed by an unknown assailant in Arraba. Israel Police has launched an investigation. Since January of this year, 205 Arab Israelis have been murdered. The murder in Arraba is the fifth Arab-Israeli death in three days. (Hassan Shaalan)
