The International Criminal Court in The Hague has decided to respond to Britain's request, and hold a hearing on whether the court has jurisdiction over Israeli citizens in circumstances where the Palestinians cannot exercise criminal jurisdiction over Israeli citizens in accordance with the Oslo Accords. The court will hold the hearing before announcing a decision regarding the chief prosecutor's requested to issue arrest warrants for Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
