Russia slams Netanyahu: 'He hurled baseless accusations at us ahead of Israel's elections'

|
Russia's Foreign Ministry responded to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's remarks, in which he accused Moscow during the week of being involved in an antisemitic campaign online and noted that he raised the issue with President Vladimir Putin. "We were shocked by these baseless accusations against our country, made publicly by the prime minister of Israel, a country with which Russia shares a rich past. Netanyahu chose media leaks ahead of Israel's elections on October 27, instead of dialogue between cyber experts," the ministry said.
