A combined barrage from Iran and Lebanon struck central and northern Israel on Monday, triggering sirens from Netanya to the Galilee as Hezbollah fired rockets and additional projectiles were launched from Iran.
The barrage from Lebanon toward northern and central Israel, as far south as Herzliya, included about 10 rockets, some of which were intercepted while others fell in open areas in line with military policy, with an apparent impact at the Bazan oil refinery complex.
In the Haifa area, reports indicated multiple impact sites, power outages and structural damage, including a roof collapse. Emergency crews from Magen David Adom, Israel’s national emergency medical service, were dispatched to scan the affected areas for casualties.

At least one of the incoming weapons appeared to be a cluster warhead missile, leading to multiple impact zones around Haifa.
