Russian news agency RIA is reporting that Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, said there will be no third round of Minsk agreements, referring to the agreements that ended the Donbas war between the sides in 2014. His message came as part of the G20 summit talking place in Bali, Indonesia.
Zelensky said they will not give the Russians the opportunity to replenish their forces amid the Russian retreat from the southern city of Kherson.
Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said that Zelensky's message confirms the Ukrainians are not interested in peace. (Reuters)
