A weekly demonstration in support of Palestinians in Gaza, regularly held in Jordan every Friday, was canceled this week due to what organizers described as a “tense atmosphere” and growing public incitement against pro-Gaza activism.
The report, published by the Hamas-affiliated Palestinian news outlet Quds News Network, stated that the protest was called off “due to the tense atmosphere and recent social incitement against activities supporting Gaza.”
