IDF updates civil defense instructions in northern Israel amid cease-fire

The IDF announced on Saturday evening updated civil defense guidelines following a Home Front Command assessment.
As of 6:00 PM, regions classified as "frontline zones" and "North Golan" will move to partial activity status, while the rest of the country may resume full activity without gathering limits. In the Gaza border area, gatherings will remain capped at 2,000 people.
Several northern municipalities, including Merom HaGalil, announced the resumption of full educational activities. In Kiryat Shmona and Katzrin, schools will operate normally, including outdoor breaks.
