The White House said on Wednesday the Signal messaging app, where senior Trump administration officials accidentally shared military plans in a group containing a journalist, is an approved app.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said it is loaded onto government phones at the Pentagon, Department of States and Central Intelligence Agency.
