The multinational corporation Intel is in talks to purchase Israeli mobility app Moovit for $1 billion.
Intel has made a huge number of acquisitions in Israel in the past, with the biggest being Mobili, which cost the tech giant $15.3 billion.
The acquisition of both Mobili and Moovit gives Intel control over a huge amount of data and transport management capabilities in various Israeli cities.
