Efraim Gordon (31) shot dead in Baltimore late on Monday
"We believe that was an attempted robbery that turned fatal," said Commissioner Michael Harrison of the Baltimore police
According to Baltimore City Council member Yitzy Schleifer, the suspects were filmed by security cameras, and are seen following the victim and then approaching him after he parked his car outside the family home.
"A lot of my constituents are sending me video footage from their cameras from here and multiple blocks away showing some individuals who are walking through the neighborhood," Schleifer said.
"What we saw closer to this location is them walking through the street, his car pulls up, he parks it and he's going to the house normally and that's when he was approached."

"He was a wonderful man who will be strongly missed," a relative told local Fox45 reporters.
Authorities did not release the video and did not provide further details about the suspects. His family is now working to raise the money needed to fly Gordon's coffin to Israel.
