Israeli forces killed one Palestinian terrorist and wounded two others during a counterterror operation overnight in the Jenin area of the northern West Bank, the IDF said Thursday.
The terrorists reportedly threw explosives at Israeli troops, who returned fire. No Israeli casualties were reported.
In separate raids across the West Bank, security forces arrested eight wanted individuals and seized two Carlo-style submachine guns. The suspects and weapons were transferred to the Shin Bet and Israel Police for further investigation, the military said.
