Israel foils terror plot; 2 Palestinian cousins, one of them minor, arrested

Israel Police and the Shin Bet Security Agency foiled a planned shooting and explosive attack by a 17-year-old Palestinian with Israeli residency and his 29-year-old cousin.
The investigation revealed that the two, residents of the Shuafat refugee camp and Nablus, had contacted a Hamas operative in Gaza before the onset of the war with the intent to manufacture explosives, identifying themselves as an organized terror cell aiming to carry out attacks against Israelis.
Additionally, the duo is suspected of negotiating with entities in Gaza to arrange for weapons and financial funding for the attack.
