Shirit Avitan Cohen, diplomatic correspondent for the newspaper Israel Hayom, was summoned to testify at the Lahav 433 anti-corruption unit in connection with the Qatargate affair, officials confirmed Wednesday.
She is the second journalist to be questioned in the case, following Jerusalem Post Editor-in-Chief Zvika Klein. The investigation reportedly involves foreign influence and undisclosed financial ties.
