Israel records 665 new coronavirus cases as test positivity rate drops to 1.6%

The Health Ministry on Thursday reported 655 new coronavirus cases detected on Wednesday, of the 49, 498 tests conducted indicating a 1.6% positivity rate.
of the 544 people fighting the virus in hospitals, 305 people are in serious condition with 131 on ventilators.
Since the start of the pandemic 2,700 people have succumbed to the virus.
