A 23-year-old Palestinian was killed Wednesday in Jenin during clashes with IDF forces who entered the West Bank city to conduct an arrest raid.
According to the IDF, as the forces were leaving the area, explosives were thrown at the troops who fired back at the gunmen, which resulted in the death of Palestinian Islamic Jihad member Mohammad Marei.
No injuries among IDF forces were reported. The IDF also said during the raid 13 suspects from the West Bank were detained.
