Shas MK Moshe Arbel was sworn in on Wednesday as Israel's health and interior minister.
Both positions have been vacant since the High Court of Justice disqualified the leader of the ultra-Orthodox party, Arye Deri, from holding office in January due to his past criminal convictions.
