The IDF Spokesperson's Unit reported Wednesday that 90 terrorists have been eliminated and over 300 have been detained and questioned as part of the military's ongoing operation in the Al Shifa Hospital in northern Gaza.
"Over the past day, the troops have eliminated terrorists and located weapons in the hospital area, while preventing harm to civilians, patients, medical teams, and medical equipment," the military said in a statement.
