The Russian Sputnik network reported that 400 people with foreign nationalities are expected to leave the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing during the day Thursday. The Palestinian news agency Shahab also reported that 60 wounded people left the Strip to receive medical treatment in Egypt. (Einav Halabi and Lior Ben Ari)
