The Prime Minister's Office announced that Sutthisak Rinthalak, a Thai citizen, is the abducted casualty who was returned to Israel yesterday. "After completing the identification process by the National Institute of Forensic Medicine, in cooperation with Israel Police and the Military Rabbinate, representatives of the Hostages and Missing Persons Coordinator, IDF and Foreign Ministry informed the family of abducted casualty Sutthisak Rinthalak this morning that their loved one has been returned to Israel and his identification has been completed," the statement said. Rinthalak worked in agriculture in Israel, was murdered on October 7 in Kibbutz Be'eri, and his body was abducted to the Gaza Strip and held by Islamic Jihad. Currently, one abducted casualty remains in Gaza, Staff Sergeant Ran Gvoili.
