Police arrested a suspect involved in the serious riot in the Palestinian village of Beit Lid last month, during which extremist settlers burned vehicles and attacked IDF soldiers while fleeing. Police said the suspect, who was allegedly involved in the violent events, was arrested by IDF forces after previously managing to escape. His detention has been extended until this coming Thursday.
