Three Negev residents arrested on suspicion of stealing tens of thousands of weapons from IDF

Police and Shin Bet arrested Nasim Suarcha (24), Wael al-Hatarsa (24) and Juma'a Azazma (22), residents of Bir Hadaj in the Negev, on suspicion of involvement in weapons theft from the IDF. Indictments were filed against them by the Southern District Attorney's Office to the Be'er Sheva District Court, according to which the three were involved in stealing tens of thousands of ammunition items, bullets and various types of weapons. Some were stolen from IDF vehicles while in motion and with soldiers inside, and some were stolen from firing range areas and from under the head of a soldier who was sleeping on a weapon.
