Hundreds of thousands of Israelis at more than 500 locations across the country stopped at 12:00 p.m. for a moment of silence in memory of those murdered and fallen on October 7 and in demand for a state commission of inquiry, the October Council reported. Hospitals, universities, schools, local authorities, companies and additional organizations took part.
