The car of Kherson city rabbi in Ukraine and Chabad emissary, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Wolf, was hit by a drone that struck directly at the front of his vehicle. The impact occurred while driving, and the car was severely damaged - but Rabbi Wolf and his family members survived.
