Following the direct hit in Rehovot during the night, extensive damage was caused to the Weizmann Institute in the city. In addition, blast damage was recorded at the city's train station. Among other things, roller shutters were damaged, glass and elevator doors were shattered. Also, part of the shelter on platform 1 disintegrated, and passage doors were displaced.
