Defense Minister Israel Katz threatened Hamas, after 656 days of fighting, saying that if the hostages "are not released soon - the gates of hell will open." According to Katz, "The Sinwar brothers destroyed Gaza, Izz ad-Din Haddad is turning it into ruins. Hamas leaders abroad celebrate in palaces and luxury hotels and refuse to release the hostages."
