According to the Competition Commissioner's statement, "After a thorough examination of market competition conditions and the arrangement as submitted, concerns arose regarding harm to competition, both in terms of competition within the Wolt platform and Wolt's competition with other platforms. The nature and intensity of these concerns are influenced by Wolt's position in the delivery platforms sector."
