Interior minister orders borders closed to people returning from East Asia

Interior Minister Aryeh Deri announced on Monday that following the recommendation of the Health Ministry and Health Minister Yaakov Litzman, the crossings will also be closed to foreigners residing in Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Hong Kong for the past two weeks.
This measure is in addition to similar steps banning those coming from China.
