NATO chief: Strait of Hormuz 'not necessarily our problem as an alliance'

|
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and Polish President Andrzej Duda thanked U.S. President Donald Trump following his announcement to send an additional 5,000 troops to Warsaw. Rutte added that "military experts are working on the details," and noted: "The United States will play a significant role in the nuclear domain in Europe." Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, Rutte said that "this is an issue for member states of the alliance - but not for NATO as such."
