Terrorist behind Hebron shooting attack apprehended after an hours-long manhunt

The terrorist who carried out a shooting attack near Hebron Wednesday morning, moderately wounding one person, has been apprehended in the West Bank city of Yatta after an hours-long manhunt.
Following the attack, the IDF announced that a manhunt was underway for the assailant, who had fled the scene. Later, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas's military wing, claimed responsibility for the shooting, saying it was "in response to the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh."
