Israel asks El Al to send additional rescue flights for nationals stranded abroad

After successful rescue missions to Peru and India, the state appealed to El Al Airlines on Sunday to issue rescue flights to recover hundreds of Israelis stranded in Australia and South America due to the coronavirus crisis.
In addition, the Israeli flag carrier will send out several flights to recover hundreds of other Israelis that have been stuck in India and Thailand.
