Comptroller report finds IDF choice to purchase artillery systems lacking data

The State Comptroller in his report published on Monday said the IDF was ill-prepared and lacking information when it decided to purchase artillery systems from an Israeli weapons producer.
A German company competing for the tender was not afforded a fair opportunity.
