Israeli track cyclist Mikhail Iakovlev on Wednesday lost in the Olympic tournament's round of 16 to British cyclist Hamish Turnbull in a photo finish, with a margin of just one-thousandth of a second. Iakovlev will now compete in the repechage, where he can advance to the quarter-finals and continue his pursuit of a medal.
