In the video posted on social media outlets and Twitter, Herzog and Bouden were seen smiling amid conversation.
Arabs worldwide condemned the content of footage via social media and described it as "normalization between Israel and Tunisia."
Another online respondent also wondered "if Tunisian President Kais Saied would regard this as treason?"
