Police officers on Saturday handcuffed and detained Mahmoud Jaber, a member of the Maccabi Haifa soccer team outside the stadium after an argument after he was unable to show a parking pass.
He was released after a short while.
The Israel Police said he refused to identify himself when asked, disrupted traffic and disturbed officers carrying out their duty.
