Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office officially announced the end of spokesperson Dr. Omer Dostri's role, stating that "he informed the PM of his intention to pursue a new path." Dostri said: "I thank Prime Minister Netanyahu for the privilege given to me to work alongside him and assist him in the communications field, during historic and unprecedented junctures that will influence the State of Israel for generations." Netanyahu: "Dostri did this during one of the most challenging and complex periods the State of Israel has known, and for that he has my great appreciation. I wish him much success in whatever path he chooses."
