The Fire and Rescue Service announced that due to weather conditions, lighting fires in open areas throughout the country is prohibited, except for areas south of Road 25 (the road connecting Arava Junction, Dimona, Beer Sheva and Netivot), until Sunday. "Lighting fires in designated cooking or food heating devices such as barbecues is permitted," they stated.
